The SpitJack is an award-winning rotisserie brasserie built around premium Irish produce, innovative live rotisserie cooking, and a commitment to exceptional standards. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of our kitchen operation — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment

• Good HACCP and food hygiene awareness

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a team

• Neat, organised, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work at pace

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter

• Fluent English

• Full permission to work in the EU, or a valid work visa
