We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our growing team in a vibrant and professional kitchen environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment. You'll assist our experienced chefs with daily kitchen operations while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen is required.

Key responsibilities for the Kitchen Porter position:

• Ensure all workstations are kept clean and hygienic
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Follow proper storage procedures for all food and ingredients
• Support with stock control and rotation
• Adhere to all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations
• Perform additional tasks as required by senior chefs or management

Ideal candidate will:

• 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety practices
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexible with working hours – must be available Friday - Monday.
