Aunty Lena’s in Adare is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone hardworking who enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Please note: due to shift times, personal transport to and from Adare is essential.

Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Manage waste disposal and keep storage areas organised
• Follow all cleaning schedules and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Hardworking, reliable, and flexible attitude
• Ability to work full-time hours
• Full driving licence and own transport required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
• Applicants must currently be living in Ireland
