Job description

Experienced Kitchen porter is required for Bellinter House Hotel one year’s experience preferred. Car/lift needed as a remote location. This position is being offered on a casual basis and involves weekdays and weekend availability. Please email your Curriculum Vitae.

Main Responsibilities :

· Washing all cooking tools and utensils fast to keep them in rotation in line with company’s standards.

· Supporting kitchen staff by taking on food prep tasks

· Washing pots and pans in line with company’s standards.

· Keeping floors clean in line with company’s standards.

· Sanitising food preparation areas in line with company’s standards.

· Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitised (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) in line with company’s standards.

· Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending shifts in line with company’s standards.

· Arrange equipment and check deliveries

· Keep the food and supply storage areas organised in line with company’s standards

· Take out the bins regularly, putting them in the correct areas outside in line with company’s standards
