We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part time Kitchen Porter for Gourmet Food Parlour within our Brown Thomas restaurants. This is a part time role , offering around 20-30 hours per week, flexibility is required.

Position: Kitchen Porter

Location: Arnotts, Dublin city centre

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Handling and organizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly storage area.
• Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
