Kitchen Porter / Evening Cleaning Lead – Ninos, Portrane

Ninos is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to take responsibility for cleaning and closing our kitchen each evening.

This is an important role within our team. You will work alongside the chefs during service and take the lead in ensuring the kitchen is fully cleaned, organised and ready for the following day.

Main responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning floors, surfaces, sinks and food-preparation areas
• Completing the kitchen’s nightly cleaning checklist
• Emptying bins and managing waste correctly
• Keeping cleaning products and supplies organised
• Making sure all closing cleaning jobs are completed to a high standard
• Communicating with the chefs before finishing each night

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable taking responsibility
• Thorough and proud of maintaining high cleaning standards
• Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Experienced in a busy kitchen or cleaning role—preferred but not essential

Location: Ninos, Portrane, Co. Dublin
Hours: Part-time evening work, Wednesday to Sunday

Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
