Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assist in providing the highest of food hygiene in a customer focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

• Using a industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery
• Lifting and carrying loads
• Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils
• Cleaning inside of walk in fridges
• Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen
• Emptying bins
• Be available for late night shifts

About The Role

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a large kitchen a bonus
• Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
• Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
• Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
