Rudy's Restaurant is seeking a full-time kitchen porter to join our team, someone who is willing to work hospitality hours in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for Kitchen Porter position will have:

• Valid visa (essential)
• Good communication skills
• Some Haccp knowledge
• The ability to multi-task in a fast paced kitchen environment

Key Responsabilities:

• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized. Ensure all food items are properly stored and labelled.
• Wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure all surfaces, including workstations and storage areas, are sanitized and meet health and safety standards
• Assisting the chef with ingredient preparations, peeling, chopping, adhering to set recipes of preparation
