The four star Absolute Hotel is located on the Abbey River in Limerick consists of 99 bedrooms, Harrys café, bar, restaurant as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people.

We are looking for a Part Time Kitchen Porter to join our team to help keep the kitchen clean and to help the chefs with the management of the kitchen operation.
You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning & Organizing of Kitchen
• Observing HACCP Standards
• Washing up
• Storage of Deliveries
• Stock Rotation
• Marinating Cleanliness of kitchen equipment

There is the opportunity to develop and learn further food skills if interested.

Good level of English Required
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
