This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of Ireland's most prestigious 4 star hotels. Full training is provided, making this role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and contribute to a high-performing kitchen environment.

- Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Flexibility & Working Hours
Hospitality is a dynamic industry, and flexibility is important. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday, with a variety of working hours available to suit operational needs. Split shifts and overnight shifts for deep cleaning also occur.

- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction
About The Role
Main duties of the role:

Working closely with our Head Chef and Senior Kitchen Team, you will:
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Assist in ensuring food hygiene and HACCP procedures are followed
- To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel
Specific Departmental Requirements:
- To ensure that all wash up areas in the kitchen remain clean, tidy and free of hazards at all times
- To ensure that the pot wash area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- To ensure a continuous supply of clean equipment to the kitchen and food & beverage areas of the hotel
- To ensure that all floors, walls and surfaces are kept clean at all times
- To ensure that refuse is regularly removed from the kitchen area
- To ensure that the refuse area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Required to do night cleaning duties when rostered
- To do extra deep cleaning duties to comply with the EHO
- To complete cleaning records as directed by the senior chef on duty
