The Beaumont House requires a experienced a Kitchen Porter for a busy family run pub which incorporates a Bar, Lounge, off-licence and B&B . Our food business begins each morning at 9am with our breakfast menu. We have an award winning carvery which is the largest in the Country which operates from 12-4pm and then the A La Carte menu till 9pm.

Specific Expectations: The primary purpose of the position is ensuring the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. The Kitchen Porter will maintain a proper level of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to the sanitation code. Carries out cleaning of floors, walls, tiles, sinks, fridges, hot plates ,pots, pans, cutlery, delph, storage area, work surfaces, corridors and liaising with the Manager and Chef on duty regarding addition cleaning duties as necessary to maintain the highest level of standards within the kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- Have fluent English and be at least 18 years old.
- Be capable of working in a fast paced food environment.
- Previous employment references required.
- Ability to use own initiative - Friendly outgoing personality.

- Have the legal right to work part time in Ireland.
