Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly during busy brunch services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Ensure floors, surfaces, and equipment are kept clean and hygienic at all times
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Take out rubbish and recycling, ensuring waste is managed correctly
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Pay: €14.15 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
