We are hiring Kitchen Staff / Commis for our new café opening in New Town, Kolkata.
If you have experience in food preparation, basic cooking, chopping, kitchen assistance, café kitchen work, or F&B operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation (sandwiches, salads, sides & café menu items)
• Basic cooking, chopping, plating, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
• Help with stock management, storing ingredients, and daily prep work
• Support the Manager with kitchen operations
• Follow café recipes, standards, and portion sizes
• Dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and workstation maintenance

Requirements

• Experience as Kitchen Staff, Commis, Kitchen Helper, Cook Assistant, or in F&B/café kitchen preferred
• Freshers with interest in kitchen work may also apply
• Basic knowledge of food handling & hygiene
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Hardworking, punctual, and a team player
• Immediate joiners preferred
