Kitchen Supervisor / Store Keeper

Should be a graduate. Should know to read and write English.
Basic knowledge of computers is required.
Should be able to maintain record of purchases.
It’s a non-technical job.
No kitchen knowledge is needed.

* Issue store items to the cooks as per the approved production plan.
* Chef will give him the requirement (vegetables, provisions, milk etc) he has to place orders with our suppliers.
* ⁠Receive goods from suppliers and send the bills to accounts.
* ⁠Stock taking to be done periodically.
* ⁠Inform & follow-up regarding maintenance jobs with the maintenance in-charge.
* ⁠Get cleaning work done by cleaners.
* ⁠Maintain employees attendance.

* Weigh and record all cooked items before dispatching them to event locations.

* ⁠Record the items which are unused and returned from events and ensure they are properly stored and safeguarded for future use, wherever applicable.

* Monitor and coordinate vehicle movements to ensure timely dispatch and return in line with event schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
