Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to create a positive dining experience for our guests while contributing to menu planning and catering efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
• Support catering operations by preparing food for events and ensuring timely delivery.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Skills

• Strong culinary skills with experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and dietary department standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with menu planning and catering is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment operation, particularly knives and other kitchen tools.
