Our team works together to produce high-quality food that helps our customers stay fueled and on track.

The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Kitchen Team Members to support daily food production in our busy meal-prep kitchen. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Food Prep & Production

• Wash, peel, chop, shred, and portion fruits, vegetables, and proteins
• Assist with preparing ingredients according to recipes and meal plans
• Support cooks and kitchen managers during production

Meal Assembly & Presentation

• Help organize and plate customer meals
• Understand daily menus and follow portioning guidelines accurately

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize workstations, prep areas, and food storage spaces
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Maintain all areas to health code and food safety standards

Kitchen Setup & Breakdown

• Help open and set up the kitchen for production
• Assist with end-of-day breakdown, cleaning, and equipment shutdown

• Able to follow instructions and food safety guidelines
• Willing to learn — no prior kitchen experience required

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
