Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Worker to join our Happy busy team. This will be 3 afternoon shifts, but may add 2 morning shifts
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support the culinary team with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, and making sandwiches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with food service standards.
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations or catering services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment, including proper knife skills.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new techniques in the kitchen.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
