Kitting And Staging Coordinator

Overview

This role will support kitting and staging of materials by supporting active and future projects. This role is responsible for supporting the K&S team lead in the assembly, configuration and testing of various network equipment. Part of this role will be to kit and ship the pre-staged equipment to various customer locations. In parallel the role is responsible for assisting in the repair process of customer returned items. This involves both conducting internal repairs and creating RMA requests to manufacturers. This position will primarily report to Operations and Maintenance department. This role is part time on a fixed term basis for 6 months working 20 hours per week initially with scope for further hours and/ or extension.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Kitting and staging manual activities supporting the different projects in the region
  • Responsible for making sure that the latest (approved) SW and FW versions are used
  • Responsible for meeting Nomads quality levels before equipment is being released to the customer
  • Deliver a quality test report and asset record for each device staged or repaired
  • Assist in the repair process.
  • Function as backup for the coordination of all products needing RMA with manufacturers
  • Function as backup for domestic and international shipping labels and follow up with relevant parties


Qualification Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Linux – Beginner to intermediate
  • Basic understanding of network principles – IP subnetting, Routing protocols– Beginner to intermediate
  • Electronical/ electrical knowhow – Essential
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills– Essential
  • Dutch/ English speaking– Essential
