A fast glowing seafood distributor is seeking for a Korean / English Bilingual Representative to join their team in Jessup, MD area. Ideal candidate must have great communication skills, a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel on a regular basis. Korean / English Bilingual Representative Duties:

• Build strong relationships with local channels to exceed sales targets in the domestic market.
• Travel to customers’ locations, address their needs, develop solutions, and process purchase orders.
• Plan and implement sales strategies such as promotions, demonstrations, advertisements etc.
• Determine customer requirements and propose appropriate service needs.
• Understand specifications for products, present to customers, and negotiate prices.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: Collection of past dues, Deduction analysis and processing.
• Attendance at Food exhibitions and expos to develop relationships with retailers, distributors, and brokers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Korean / English Bilingual Representative Skills:

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete GED.
• Must be able to speak Korean at Business level or above.
• Proffered to have at least 1~2 years of sales experience in any field.
• Ability to travel on a regular basis (50%).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Multitasking and interpersonal skills.
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 20 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
