We are seeking motivated, responsible, and caring individuals to join our team as Center Assistants at our after-school learning center.

This position is ideal for high school juniors/seniors, early college students, stay-at-home parents, or individuals looking for meaningful part-time work in an educational environment. Candidates should enjoy working with children, have strong academic skills, and be interested in supporting students in a structured and positive learning setting.

Responsibilities:

• Grade student classwork and homework assignments
• Observe students and provide guidance as directed by the Instructor
• Assist early learners (ages 3–6) with focus and basic academic skills
• Support general center operations and organization
• Help maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in high school-level Math and/or English
• Willingness to work with early learners (ages 3–6)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Available to work at least one weekday evening
• Minimum 6-month commitment required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
