Kumon Learning Center in Rockwall TX is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant to join our team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and students, is patient and

responsible, and can create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Position

Kumon Assistant – Part-Time in Rockwall TX

Schedule

We are looking for someone who can work 2–3 days per week, primarily:

 Monday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM -6:30 PM

 Tuesday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM -6:30 PM

 Thursday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM -6:30 PM

 Friday / Weekend: As needed

Applicants who can consistently work these days and times are preferred.

Pay

 Starting pay: $10.50/hour

 Up to $12.00/hour based on performance, reliability, and attendance

Responsibilities

 Assist students with Math and Reading worksheets

 Check and grade student work

 Provide encouragement and guidance to students

 Help maintain an organized and positive classroom environment

 Follow Kumon instructional procedures

 Assist with general center duties as needed

Qualifications

 Responsible, dependable, and punctual

 Patient and comfortable working with children

 Strong basic Math and Reading skills

 Able to follow instructions and work independently

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 Previous experience working with children or tutoring is a plus, but not required
