Responsibilities:
- Conduct site operations in strict accordance with program contracts and statements of work.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and Thermo Fisher staff.
- Ensure compliance with asset management and service programs, including inventory management.
- Accurately input data into the Maximo database, focusing on asset induction and service requests.
- Monitor service activities and customer concerns, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Schedule and facilitate site service visits and escort engineers into laboratories.
- Review field service reports and invoices, emphasizing financial and technical accuracy.
- Assist with problem resolutions and customer concerns as needed.
- Support the development of quarterly business reviews and participate in meetings.
- May be required to assist with minor fixes to laboratory equipment, such as the replacement of tubing, O-rings, gaskets, etc.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- 1-2 years of industry experience in related fields.
- Experience in GMP environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in related software.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong dedication to customer happiness and relationship building.
- Effective communication skills to interact with engineers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily work at customer locations, including office and laboratory environments.
- Engage in physical activities such as walking, sitting, lifting, and PC work.
- Adhere to safety procedures and wear necessary PPE in certain areas.
- May travel for meetings and training as required.
