Lab Assistant- Rubber Manufacturing

We are hiring a Lab Assistant for our Rubber Manufacturing Client, Who is responsible for supporting quality control, R&D, and production teams by conducting routine physical, chemical, and mechanical tests on rubber compounds, raw materials, and finished products. This role ensures products meet specifications (ASTM, ISO, etc.) and involves maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing samples, and documenting data.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Routine Testing, Sample Preparation, Raw Material Testing, Data Documentation, Equipment Maintenance & Calibration, Support & Quality Control.

Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: Generally 1– 3 years of experience in a rubber or polymer testing laboratory is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
