Job Title: Lab Incharge – Makerspace Lab

Location: Whitefield Sarjapur

Job Description:
We are looking for a Lab Incharge for our Makerspace Lab — a space where students explore design, innovation, and hands-on learning.
This is a lab assistant role, focused on managing tools, materials, and equipment rather than teaching. The ideal candidate has experience handling manufacturing-grade tools and maintaining workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain tools, machines, and materials used in the Makerspace Lab
• Ensure safety standards and proper maintenance of all equipment
• Organize and manage inventory of tools and supplies
• Assist students and teachers with safe use of lab tools and machinery
• Support setup for projects and day-to-day lab operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling manufacturing-grade tools and materials
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and good organizational habits
• Experience in a workshop, fabrication unit, or school Makerspace preferred

Education:

• Diploma or degree in a technical or engineering field preferred

Compensation: Based on experience
