Job Title: Lab Technician III
Location: Terminal Ave. Clark, NJ 07066
Duration: 06 Months with possibility of extension
Description:
Assisting in formula development of skincare products (creams, lotions, serums, toners, SPF's) to bring to the market. Batch different formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability and aesthetics. Set up and monitor stability to ensure highest quality of products. Check formula specs (color, odor appearance, viscosity, pH, Microscope) to ensure formula stability.
Collaborate with support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers, etc) to assist for formulation development and ensure quality of products.
Able to multitask throughout the day to handle multiple different tasks of the formulation process as well as multiple projects at the same time.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in science-related field, strong interest in the cosmetic industry, computer literacy, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, team-player and positive attitude, and intellectually curious to learn.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
