As part of our ongoing expansion, MTS—Ireland's fastest growing supplier of laboratory services to the construction sector—is seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for multiple roles to support our operations in Carlow and across various nationwide sites.

Laboratory Technicians

Field Technicians

Civil / Construction Engineers

FPC Liaison Officer

Uphold Health & Safety standards, leading by example to ensure a safe working environment.

Technicians

Prepare and test material specimens to meet rigorous testing standards.

Perform standardized testing on construction sites.

Maintain strict adherence to quality control and technical procedures.

Contribute to general housekeeping and upkeep of workspaces.

Reporting test data.

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Proven ability to excel in roles or study requiring meticulous attention to detail.

This is a technical, quality driven role, and candidates must demonstrate reliability, discipline and conscientiousness.

Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding Factory Production Control (FPC) procedures and compliance requirements

Engineering Roles

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Materials Science (Postgraduate qualifications are a welcomed).

Experience in quality-focused roles requiring high levels of precision and discipline is advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not a necessity.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Effective communicator with the ability to resolve recurring challenges efficiently.

A team – oriented individual with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Dependable, detail oriented, and trustworthy.

An enthusiastic problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude

Dedicated to personal and professional development, with a focus on continual improvement in efficiency and quality.

A full EU drivers license is required for field technicians & Engineers.
