Penn Pallet is currently hiring for a 3rd shift employee. Offering a great starting rate $18.00 / hour with weekly production incentive. You control the incentive pay as it is based on your performance. Get paid weekly and enjoy our many other benefits of paid holidays, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits.
Job duties:
- Operator - would be assisting with the visual inspection of cutting raw material to size / thickness, completing quality checks and ensuring the count on the pallet.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to follow written instructions according to the job order.
- Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift
- Ability to read tape measure
- Ensures quality of product being produced
- Willing to work in varied temperatures
- Ability to work at a pace that is productive
Education & Experience
- Experience in wood industry helpful but not needed. Willingness to learn position
