Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures or equipment as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and safety awareness.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
