Duties:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned
- Complete required tasks as assigned to you by Crew Leader
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Complete knowledge of hand tools and equipment is a plus

-Construction experience is REQUIRED

-Critical thinking is required

- Candidates must have their own personal, reliable transportation to and from site daily, unless pre-determiend otherwise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

• Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• construction: 3 years (required)

• Class G Licence (required)
