Job Title: Labour Law Compliance Executive

Location: Esplanade, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Labour Law Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance and labour-related documentation for the organization. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory filings, and government liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain registers, records, and employee files as per statutory requirements.
• Handle inspections and correspondence with labour and statutory authorities.
• Prepare and file monthly/annual returns for PF, ESI, and other labour acts.
• Coordinate with HR and accounts teams for compliance-related matters.
• Keep updated with changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Labour Laws or HR).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in labour law compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Shops & Establishments Act.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
