THE GOAT CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking multiple Labourers to join our dedicated and growing team in the Auckland region. Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:
- Operate equipment and machinery with care, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labourers as required.
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets on-site.
- Secure drywall panels to the interior framework of buildings.
- Prepare panels for painting by taping and finishing joints.
- Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels efficiently.
- Cut openings in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing installations.
- Fill joints between panels with spackle, cover nail and screw depressions, and apply additional coats of compound as needed.
- Be open to on-the-job training and skill development.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to travel within the Auckland region to reach client sites.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labour-intensive tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
