Job Overview
At Pro Paint, we specialize in high-quality sandblasting and industrial coating services. Our team takes pride in delivering superior workmanship and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. We’re currently looking for a Labourer/Prepper to join our growing team and play an important role in preparing materials and equipment for painting and coating applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for sandblasting and painting, including cleaning, masking, taping, and degreasing parts.
• Assist with moving, loading, and unloading materials within the shop.
• Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure proper preparation and finish quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Support sandblasters and painters by ensuring materials are prepped and ready on schedule.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Perform other general labor or shop duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an industrial, sandblasting, or painting environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely (up to 50lbs)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
