Lacrosse High School Head Coach/Program Director

Juanita Lacrosse is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated High School head coach. Primary season is March through May. Practices, travel tournaments, camps provide are also a potential with additional compensation. Per WHSBLA there are up to 10 days of coaching in November. Position can be structured as HS Head Coach or added responsibility of Youth Program Director with additional compensation.

Must be willing to help with:

Player Recruitment

Player Retention

Develop relationships that foster communication

Provide consistent feedback to players

Be a positive influence

Hold players accountable for their performance, training and attitude

Selection of assistant coach

Experience required:

Previous HS coaching

CPR

USA Lacrosse membership

Position specific knowledge and the ability to coach all field positions

Candidate must believe in positive coaching

Job Type: Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
