Your Role :


As a part of Y Kinders, you will have the opportunity to:


Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Design fun, creative, and tailored educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development.

Build Meaningful Relationships: Connect with children and families to foster a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Collaborate and Grow: Work alongside a passionate team of educators who encourage creativity and teamwork.

Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe environment and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.


About You


You’re a dedicated, enthusiastic Teacher or educator who loves working with young children and fostering their development. You’re looking for flexibility and opportunities to grow in your career. Ideally, you’ll have:


  • Educators: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it).
  • Teacher: VIT registration as an ECT
  • A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
  • The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm

Total - 22.5 hours per week


Diploma Lunch cover

Monday and Wednesday 11.00am - 1.00pm

Total - 4 hours per week
