Job Title: Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Landscape Designer or Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically stunning environments. From initial site analysis and conceptual sketches to detailed construction documentation, you will lead projects that harmonize architecture with the natural world.

Whether you are designing a private residential sanctuary or a large-scale commercial development, your goal will be to create landscapes that inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create innovative landscape concepts, master plans, and 3D renderings that meet client goals and environmental standards.
• Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive construction sets, including grading plans, drainage, lighting, and irrigation layouts.
• Horticultural Selection: Curate planting palettes that consider local climate, soil conditions, and long-term maintenance.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from "dirt to finish," including client meetings, budget management, and site inspections to ensure design integrity.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape elements into the broader site plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign). Experience with Revit or Rhino is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects from conceptual sketches to completed installations.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of hardscape materials, construction methods, and regional plant species.
