Dreamscape Landscaping is a well established, full service Landscape Construction and maintenance company which has been servicing the Ottawa area since 1996. We are currently looking to fill full-time, year round positions for residential landscape construction in our company with some commercial work experience.

Responsibilities and desired qualifications for positions are as follows:

Crew Foreman

· Responsible for leading a crew of 3-4 laborer and installers on primarily residential projects working and helping to install products.

· Responsible for the safety and training of crew members, and for ensuring the productivity of the assigned crew

· Supervise and coordinate the day to day work of the project to ensure it is completed on time, on budget, and to the client’s full satisfaction.

· Follow and comply with all company policy and safety regulations

· A Minimum of 5 years experience in landscape construction, preferably with 3 years being as a lead hand/foreman. No experience for laborer for construction.

· Experience must cover working with and installing interlock, retaining walls, pillars, steps, concrete work, etc.

· Must have the ability to read and scale supplied plans, set grades, etc.

· Should have experience with various equipment and tools of the trade. mini ex, tampers, diesel plates, quick cuts, etc.

· Must have a valid G drivers license and a clean drivers record (3 year abstract)

· Must have personal transportation to our shop in Greely (There are no bus routes)

Crew Laborer:

· Will be assigned to a crew of 3-4 labors and installers under a foreman on primarily residential projects

· Preform various tasks, including but not limited to: excavation (both hand and machine), grading, brick cutting, brick laying, material transportation, sod installation, etc.

· Follow instructions from foreman

· Follow and comply with all company policy and safety regulations

· Work diligently on projects to help ensure they are completed on time and to the clients full satisfaction

· Must have a valid G drivers license and a clean drivers record (3 year abstract)

· Must have personal transportation to our shop in Greely (There are no bus routes)

We offer:

· Full Time, year-round employment with very competitive wages.

Landscape foreman $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Construction Lead Hand $24.00-$26..00 per hour

Labours $22 per hour
