Parkscape is looking to expand its team and is seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews on residential design-build landscape projects. This is a working foreman position, ideal for individuals who are comfortable leading a crew while actively participating in the physical work on site.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Lead and supervise landscape construction crews of 3–5 team members on residential design-build projects
Coordinate daily job site activities and assign tasks to crew members
Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications
Lead the installation of hardscape elements such as interlock, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, and concrete features
Perform hands-on landscape construction work alongside crew members
Operate tools and construction equipment as required on site
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company quality standards
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment on job sites
Communicate project updates, site conditions, and material needs with management
Train and support crew members to ensure productivity and workmanship standards
Identify and resolve job site issues as they arise
Remove debris and maintain job site cleanliness throughout the project
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction or related construction fields
Previous experience leading or supervising small construction crews
Strong knowledge of residential landscape construction and hardscape installation
Ability to read and interpret landscape construction drawings and plans
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
Experience operating landscape construction tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license required
Steel-toed safety boots required
Working cellphone required for communication on job sites
Spanish language is an asset
Valid Canadian work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
