```Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for driving the truck, leading the team, and meeting deadlines on various landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of landscape maintenance and plant names/knowlage.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks such as landscape installation, landscape maintenance, and sod installation.

- Plan and execute landscaping projects according to the salesman's specifications and timelines.

- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper landscaping techniques.

- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team to ensure high standards are met.

Experience:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience in the landscaping industry, with a focus on plant knowledge.

- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers commonly found in the local area.

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Landscaping (Maintenance and mowing do not apply): 3 years (Required)

• Rossville, TN 38066: Relocate before starting work (Required)
