Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join our team at GMS. In this role, you will oversee landscape maintenance projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a skilled team dedicated to maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews to ensure quality work.
• Plan and execute landscape projects including irrigation, tree care, and lawn maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Train team members on best practices for landscaping techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation and tree care.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
