Job Title: Landscape Laborer/equipment operator.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer/equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks to enhance outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will work under the supervision of a lead landscaper to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties:
- Operate excavator, skid steer and loader operation as required for landscaping and snow removal applications.

- Tow trailers and equipment as required.
- Assist in building and digging tasks to create and maintain landscapes.
- Operate equipment with precision and care.
- Utilize commercial driving skills for transportation of materials and equipment.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when needed.

Experience:
- Prior experience in landscape labor or related field required
- At least 2 years experience in operating a 5-6 ton excavator for landscaping jobs.
- 2 years experience running a skid steer for landscaping jobs and loading small trucks.

- 2 years experience running skid steer/loader for landscaping or snow removal.

- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols.

- Experience with hardscaping work such as pavers or retaining walls.

- Clean driving abstract is required and must be provided by applicant.

- Ability to tow trailers.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
