Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, and compacting soil.
• Carry, cut, and lay pavers, stone, and other materials with precision and care.
• Mix and pour concrete, ensuring proper leveling and finishing.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as compactors, saws, and skidsteers.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, following all safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hands-on work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
