Residential Landscape Maintenance — Grow Into a Crew Leader Role (year-round)

Most landscaping jobs disappear in October. This one doesn't. We do residential yard maintenance through the warm months and snow removal in winter.

We're hiring someone we can train from the ground up and develop into a crew leader over the next year or two. If you want a trade and a long-term job, not a summer gig, keep reading.

What we're looking for:

  • Reliable. You show up, on time, every day.
  • Honest and easy to work with. No drama, no ego.
  • Coachable. You take feedback well and want to get better.
  • Detail-oriented. You notice the things other people miss.
  • Physically up for the work — it's outdoor, hands-on.
  • Class 5 licence. Required, not optional

You don't need landscaping experience. We'd rather train someone right than untrain bad habits.

What you'll do

Starting out: residential yard maintenance - mowing, trimming, edging, hedge work, weeding, cleanups. Running mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers. Snow removal in winter. Learning the trade from people who've done it for years.

As you grow into crew leader: running daily route, training new hires, owning quality on your sites, maintaining equipment, communicating with clients and owners

Pay

$18–$22/hr to start in summer depending on prior experience. We move people up fast with skills and responsibility. Meaningful progression and incentives when you take on the crew leader role.

Winter is a guaranteed salary — steady income through the cold months.
