Procare Property Services, a leader in the landscaping industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based out of our main office and is not eligible for remote work. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in management roles within the landscaping or similar industry. As the General Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of our business, ensuring effective management and execution of landscaping projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a keen understanding of both day-to-day and strategic operations, aimed at enhancing productivity, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers a base salary in addition to commission-based compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising landscape crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
• Scheduling and coordinating landscaping projects, including installation and maintenance.
• Ensuring proper equipment usage and maintenance.
• Overseeing quality control to guarantee high standards on all projects.
• Creating and managing budgets for projects and overall operations.
• Tracking expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
• Analyzing cost breakdowns and identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
• Negotiating contracts and renewing existing agreements.
• Hiring, training, and developing landscaping crews.
• Conducting performance evaluations and focusing on employee development.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Generate new leads and secure contracts.
• Providing estimates for potential projects.
• Developing marketing strategies to promote company services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing and operating a landscaping company with annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000.
