Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced landscape supervisor with a minimum of 5 years in landscape construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving dump trucks, towing trailers, and operating loaders and excavators. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of landscape jobs, ensuring the project is finished safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Lead Crew: Oversee a crew of landscapers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.
• Landscape Construction Projects: Organize and manage landscape construction projects, including grading, planting, hardscaping, and other outdoor installations.
• Machine Operation: Operate dump trucks, trailers, loaders, and excavators as needed for landscape job sites.
• Interpret Drawings: Read and interpret landscape construction drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of the project.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and meets the company's specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a crew in a landscape construction setting.
• Hands-on experience operating dump trucks, towing trailers, and using loaders and excavators.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to read landscape construction drawings and implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
