LANDSCAPE ON-SITE FOREMAN (Maintenance, Enhancement, and Install)
Pinestraw Place has been in Lexington since 2010. We run Landscape Supply and Landscape Service divisions. We love working toward making every property beautiful with our supply, service and expertise and need you to help us continue that.
THE JOB
You are the Landscape Foreman and crew lead.
You lead the crew, train them, keep them safe, and take care of the equipment. You will get to build a relationship with our customers and they will get to know you by name.
When you see a property that needs more, like fresh pine straw, new plants, a bed that needs to be redone, or some sod, you let the customer and us know, and your crew does that work too, with you sharing in that profit. In the slower months, the crew stays busy with cleanups, irrigation, and small installs.
THINGS YOU WILL ENJOY
- Running your own day, with no waiting around to be told what's next
- Your eye counts: when a property needs more, you say so and your crew does it
- Leaving every property looking like your own
- Building up a crew that gets better because of you
- Machines that carry the load, so your back doesn't have to
- Customers who know you by name and trust your word
- A boss who wants your answer, not just the problem
PAY
Full time, paid every two weeks, steady all year. Overtime when the season runs long. Pay grows as you grow with us, and there are bonuses for doing the job well. We will go over all of it with you in person.

- Simple IRA retirement plan with a company match
