Seeking reliable, friendly, energetic candidates to join our landscape construction team.

Our senior staff meet us at our shop outside of Winnipeg (far west Headingley). You will have the option to meet at the shop or the jobsite. That entirely depends on your preference. Jobsites can be all across Winnipeg but are primarily in the Southwest of the city and occasionally municipalities close to Winnipeg.

No experience is necessary but a positive attitude is an absolute must.

Get exercise outside all summer with a fun group of people with opportunities for career advancement in management roles and significant raises for installation efficiency (up to $30/hour by the end of 2026 for fast learners!).

Please do not apply without a valid drivers license and your own vehicle to get to job locations as many are not available by bus or taxi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
