Landscaping Crew Member (Driver’s License Required, Training Provided)

Job Description:
We are looking for dependable individuals to join our landscaping team as Crew Members. This is an entry-level position with training provided and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

As a Crew Member, you will assist with lawn care, landscaping projects, and general outdoor maintenance. You’ll work as part of a team, learn new skills on the job, and have the chance to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance such as mowing and trimming
• Assist with planting, mulching, and general yard work
• Learn to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Help with hardscape projects (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Drive company vehicles as needed (must have valid driver’s license)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and work ethic
