We are looking for FULL-TIME help in our Grounds Department. We service residential and light commercial properties in the Southwest area.

Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and possibly trimmers and blowers. Work includes cleaning and preparing landscape beds, planting flowers, mulching beds, de-littering grounds, leaf removal, and such general labor which might be needed to assist our Service Technicians (i.e., move appliances, etc.).

General Requirements :

- Has Reliable personal vehicle;

- Has a Current valid Ohio Driver's License

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic Grass, shrubs and tree care and maintenance;

Basic Planting Bed care and maintenance;

Safely operate and maintain any tools or power equipment typically used for lawn maintenance and landscape services, including snow and ice control.

Maintain the grounds, which may include inspecting lights at night and the general condition of the property, controlling litter, sweeping curbs and dumpster areas.

Perform minor electrical maintenance including but not be limited to the replacement or repair of light fixtures, wall switches, outlets, and fuses, and being able to make minor appliance repairs.

Must have 3-5 years of experience minimum

Education:

-High School Graduate or GED minimum

-Trade or Maintenance training certifications related to this work are very helpful

Salary to commensurate with experience.
