Job Title: Laser Processing Engineer Location: Kachohalli, Bangalore

Age Range: 25-35 years

Qualification-Diploma in Mechanical (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities: Laser Programming: Develop and modify laser cutting programs using basic AutoCAD software. Translate technical drawings and CAD files into machine-readable code. Optimize cutting paths to ensure material efficiency and accuracy. Laser Operation: Set up and operate CNC laser machines for production tasks. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Make necessary adjustments to improve the precision and quality of cuts. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines. Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or improvements needed. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating laser machines. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.

Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential. Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing environment. Capability to handle materials and equipment as needed.

The work environment involves exposure to machinery noise and potential safety hazards, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
