Lauralynn In The Community Team Lead/Cnm 2 (Galway Region)

The Community Team Lead has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within Lauralynn's community palliative care nursing services. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.

The Community Team Lead will work in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support community palliative nursing care service development.
